Join Dedicated IT as an Onsite IT Engineer, where you’ll work directly within a client environment to support users, resolve technical challenges, and help ensure day‑to‑day business operations run smoothly.

In this role, you’ll have access to modern tools, enterprise‑class technology, and experienced technical resources to help you deliver an exceptional support experience. You’ll provide hands‑on assistance to users, troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues, and serve as a trusted onsite technology resource for the client.

Our Onsite IT Engineers are customer‑focused problem‑solvers who take ownership of issues from first contact through resolution or clean escalation. As the onsite face of Dedicated IT, you’ll build strong relationships with users, provide professional support to client leadership, and ensure the client feels supported throughout every interaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MSP technician who enjoys working closely with users, solving problems directly, and becoming deeply familiar with a client’s technology environment.

We Are Looking for Candidates Who Embody Our Core Values

Collaborate: Leave your ego at the door. None of us is as smart as all of us. Collaboration propels us toward our common goals in a way that benefits the company, its people, and its clients.

Own: Take extreme ownership of your role and establish yourself as the go‑to person in your position. Go above and beyond to deliver the right results. When you think sending an email is enough, pick up the phone and CALL.

Dedicate: Model dedication, reliability, and responsibility. Rise to challenges, follow through, and improve interpersonal experiences with clients, partners, and colleagues. Position yourself to be the most dedicated person on your team every day.

Empathize: See things from different perspectives and place yourself in others’ shoes. Display genuine interest, care, and concern for our clients, partners, and colleagues in every interaction. Observe with the intent to learn and actively listen with the intent to truly hear.

Troubleshoot unfamiliar issues and develop practical workarounds when standard procedures do not apply.

Assist with software installations, device deployments, technology upgrades, and client‑specific infrastructure support.

Coordinate with third‑party vendors while retaining ownership of the client experience and support communication.
