Job summary

RTX is seeking an Information System Security Officer to support our onsite team in Tewksbury, MA. You will collaborate with the ISSM to ensure adherence to RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, and related standards while supporting the security program.

The role requires an active U.S. government security clearance and a strong track record in cybersecurity practices, incident response, and risk management. This position is based 100% onsite with RTX facilities in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM or equivalent standards.
• Experience with information technology systems, networks, or security controls.
• Must obtain Security+ or equivalent within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance and prepare security plans.
• Audit information systems and deliver education/awareness on security.
• Collaborate with facility security, program personnel, and government reps.
• Handle security sustainment activities and change management.
