Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks an Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, onsite role ensures incoming materials meet standards, conducts supplier audits, and drives corrective actions to protect production. You will manage IQC documentation, KPIs, and continuous improvement with suppliers and internal teams.

Required: 5+ years in SQE or auditing, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of GD&T, IPC-A-610, and core tools (SPC/PPAP/FMEA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Supplier Quality Engineering or related auditing roles.
• Experience leading or supervising small teams.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, IPC-A-610, and core quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IQC activities for incoming materials and document inspection results.
• Audit suppliers, manage NCRs, and drive CAPA with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain IQC KPIs, support MRB containment, and coordinate with SQM.
• Train IQC inspectors and collaborate with production and quality teams.
