Job summary

Prescott’s, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to verify, track, and maintain accurate inventory at our Monument, CO facility. You will perform daily cycle counts, enter data into NetSuite, and ensure parts are properly received, stored, and shipped following quality protocols.

The role requires high accuracy, comfort in a hands-on environment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance with GMP standards. On-site work at Monument, CO is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment (GMP medical manufacturing experience preferred).
• Proficient in computer use and data entry; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred). Strong Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts daily to verify quantities in NetSuite.
• Enter cycle counts into NetSuite.
• Receives parts internally for finished goods.
• Receives parts returned from the field.
• Verifies all parts for finished goods have the correct completed paperwork.
• Pack shipments in a manner that allows them to arrive safely.
