Job summary

HD Supply in Wisconsin West Bend is seeking an Inventory Solutions Associate (Vendor Managed Inventory) to manage daily replenishment and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will receive shipments, maintain records, and partner with customers to align on product needs and seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within established procedures.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with inventory control systems and cycle counting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inventory replenishment and ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Receive and process replenishment shipments and branch transfers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required operational reports.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust min/max settings to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Partner with customers to understand business needs, seasonal demand fluctuations, and product requirements.
• Communicate inventory trends, customer needs, and market conditions to key stakeholders.
• Ensure regional and customer-specific inventory remains properly stocked and organized.
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison between HD Supply and the customer.
