Job summary

Sentara is hiring a Supply Chain Associate for their Supply Chain department in Ashland, VA, and this position is fully onsite. You will oversee inventory and logistics for the Hospital Warehouse Docks, including receiving, shipping, records, and order fulfillment.

The role focuses on building a competitive inventory/logistics infrastructure, measuring inventory, and providing data-driven insights to leadership for informed decisions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1 year of materials associate experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory and logistics for Hospital Warehouse Docks at Sentara.
• Manage receiving, shipping, record keeping, order fulfillment and transportation of supplies.
• Provide data and insights to superiors to support decision making on an ongoing basis.
