Job summary

LMI is seeking an onsite Intelligence Operations Specialist at Fort Bragg, NC to support a DoD mission partner’s S2 with intelligence operations administration, personnel-security coordination, information management, staff actions, and organizational battle rhythm. This role requires an active Top-Secret clearance and is based onsite at Fort Bragg, NC.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret security clearance required.
• Minimum of three years supporting Army intelligence, security, or national security organizations.
• Experience in Army S2 or security staff environments.
• Knowledge of classification markings and secure handling procedures.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain briefings, trackers, and SOPs.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and coordination of S2 intelligence and security functions.
• Maintain calendars, battle rhythm schedules, task trackers, suspense logs, and reporting.
• Prepare, staff, and archive intelligence and security-related documents and correspondence.
• Support personnel-security administration including clearance verification and visit requests.
• Maintain records in security and information-management systems.
• Coordinate intelligence-readiness, training, and records-management requirements.
• Support S2 meetings, intelligence synchronization events, and briefings.
• Track decisions and actions; monitor until completion.
• Coordinate information across operations, plans, logistics, and other staff sections.
• Format, route, post, and archive intelligence products per classification rules.
