Job summary

GDIT is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support the Office of Military Commissions in McLean, VA. This onsite role requires active TS/SCI clearance and involves litigation support for pre-trial and trial preparations under the Military Commissions Act.

Responsibilities include identifying and executing discovery missions, managing documentation searches, and supporting trial teams with research and related tasks. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in intelligence analysis or criminal litigation support
• Active TS/SCI clearance required (must be in JPAS/DISS)
• Onsite in McLean, VA with ability to travel up to 25% internationally

Responsibilities

• Identify, resource, and execute discovery-related missions as directed by the Chief Prosecutor
• Conduct comprehensive searches for documents responding to defense discovery requests with redactions and substitutes
• Perform discovery, pretrial preparation, and trial support including research and analysis of intelligence, law enforcement, and legal products
• Manage the organization's task-oriented system and support trial teams' daily activities
• Occasional travel, both local and international
