Job summary

Concurrent Technologies Corporation seeks an Installation Project Coordinator to support MCICOM Facilities Program. The role involves onsite coordination with Public Works, ROICC, environmental offices, and tenant units across multiple installations, ensuring project documentation and timely execution.

The incumbent will conduct site evaluations, translate findings into standard reports, and support schedule, cost, and closeout processes with a focus on risk-aware project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in construction or facilities coordination.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and site conditions.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings.
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite reconnaissance and constructability assessments of proposed and active project locations.
• Coordinate planning meetings, design charrettes, and technical discussions with installation stakeholders.
• Translate onsite engineering data into standardized draft reports and enter findings into Government-approved systems (e.g., BUILDER SMS, USMCMax, enterprise project trackers).
• Analyze discrepancies between field conditions and engineering assumptions; perform root-causes assessments and recommend solutions.
• Support Red Zone transition activities by coordinating utility tie-ins, system training, and turnover events with contractors and Public Works teams.
• Track schedule and cost metrics, identify operational risks, and report milestone or budget variances to regional program managers.
• Prepare weekly project status reports and maintain installation-level critical issues logs for all active and proposed projects.
• Coordinate site-visit logistics and prepare briefing materials for official Government inspections.
