Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions by phone.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center with a focus on inside sales and building relationships.
• Generate leads and promote green energy services through telemarketing.
• Collaborate with a team and receive ongoing coaching to improve skills.
