The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and WI RN licensure (or a multi-state license). BLS certification within 90 days of hire is required. Join a system partnered with the Medical College of Wisconsin for patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice for adult inpatients.
• Current WI RN license or multi-state license (NLC) required.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for identified inpatients.
• Deliver competent care and demonstrate clinical proficiency on shift.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
