Job summary

INEOS Aromatics is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (RN OHN) to provide clinical occupational health services at our Texas City site. This onsite role partners with SHEQ, HR, Industrial Hygiene and leadership to support employee health, medical surveillance, and return‑to‑work programs.

Required BSN and active RN license with 5+ years of RN experience, including occupational health case management.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license active.
• 5+ years RN experience with occupational health case management.
• Experience in chemical or industrial environments preferred, but not required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee health cases including injuries and illnesses.
• Coordinate medical surveillance and testing programs.
• Provide occupational health and emergency care.
• Ensure records comply with OSHA, ADA, FMLA and confidentiality requirements.
• Collaborate with SHEQ, HR, Industrial Hygiene and site leadership.
• Support emergency preparedness and employee education.
