Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an on-site training specialist for its HCUS Modality product portfolio. The role supports sales and field service efforts through demonstrations and special projects, working closely with technologists and radiologists to optimize imaging and ensure proper operation of HCUS products.

The candidate will coordinate training events, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• ARRT registered radiology technologist (R, MAM, QM, CT, MR).
• 5+ years of experience in digital radiology.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates on-site training, using validated applications, protocols, and processes.
• Collaborates with technologists and radiologists to ensure proper operation of HCUS products.
• Optimizes image quality of HCUS modality products.
• Manages full system training.
• Coordinates training events with the customer site and HCUS team.
• Assists in developing customer training and support material.
• Provides telephone support to customers, sales, and field service.
