Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an on-site training specialist to support the HCUS modality product portfolio. The role involves coordinating demonstrations, training events, and cross-functional collaboration with technologists, radiologists, and field staff to optimize image quality and product performance.

Ideal candidates have ARRT certification, 5+ years in digital radiology, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred; Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
Registered Radiology Technologist, ARRT (R), (MAM), (QM), (CT), (MR)).
5+ years of experience in digital radiology.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Facilitates on-site training using validated applications, protocols, and processes.
Coordinates training events with HCUS and customer sites.
Provides telephone and on-site support for customers, sales, and field service.
Gathers and relays feedback to product, marketing, engineering, and service teams.
Ensures compliance with FDA, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
