Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in cybersecurity/IT/CS.
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, IAM or access-focused security.
• Experience supporting identity, authentication, and access controls in enterprise IT environments.
• Exposure to cloud/SaaS security considerations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across the organization.
• Enforce least-privilege access through role-based and conditional access controls.
• Integrate identity controls with enterprise apps and cloud services.
• Support user identity lifecycle: onboarding, access changes, offboarding.
• Conduct access reviews/recertification and remediate orphaned or stale accounts.
• Administer PAM capabilities including credential vaulting and rotation.
• Harden Active Directory and Entra ID/Azure AD with tiered admin practices.
• Collaborate with IT/Network to ensure secure system access.
• Troubleshoot authentication and access issues; participate in security design reviews.
• Maintain identity security documentation and support audit/compliance.
