Job summary

Figure is seeking a Humanoid Robot Operator & Data Creator for a contract-to-hire role at a customer facility in Fontana, CA. You will work hands-on with humanoid robots, operating them in a live commercial setting, collecting motion data, and supporting daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel throughout the US.
• Own the operations of the humanoid and ensure proper functioning.
• Capable of standing for 8+ hours and handling humanoid hardware.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of the robot(s) on the customer site.
• Wear sensor equipment to collect motion data for AI model training.
• Follow maintenance procedures for setup, bring-up, and shutdown.
• Run the robot, identify bugs, and relay feedback to engineering teams.
• Track and document issues in Jira and share daily feedback.
