Job summary

Comanche Nation Entertainment is seeking a Team Member Relations Business Partner to serve as the onsite HR partner for assigned operations in Devol, OK. You will assess team member relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and guide managers on corrective action and performance management.

You will apply policies, maintain confidentiality, support payroll and workforce administration, travel as needed, and collaborate with leaders to ensure compliant, fair workplace practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible HR experience, including investigations and performance management.
• Experience using HRIS Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong confidentiality, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess team member relations matters and advise leadership on next steps.
• Conduct timely workplace investigations with objective findings.
• Advise managers on corrective action, performance management, and attendance.
• Review proposed actions for policy alignment and consistency.
• Respond to team member concerns and coordinate HR follow-up.
