• 3–5 years coaching/managing on people relations, performance, and conflict resolution.
• On-site work ability at Wendell, NC and across multiple shifts if needed.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site contact for employee relations at the Wendell facility.
• Resolve People Relations issues, conduct investigations, and drive fair outcomes.
• Provide guidance on P&O policies and ensure consistent application across the site.
• Partner with site leadership and P&O Business Partners to execute people strategies.
• Promote positive employee experiences and open communication.
