Responsibilities include coaching managers, conducting investigations, applying HR policies, and partnering with P&O and site leadership to sustain effective labor relations while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• 3–5 years coaching managers on people relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work primarily on site covering multiple shifts if needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site’s primary contact for employee relations and issues.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations matters and advise managers.
• Provide ER training and support positive workplace outcomes.
• Collaborate with site leadership and P&O partners to implement HR policies.
• Foster trust and ensure consistent application of policies.
