• Partner with distribution center leadership to resolve order processing, deliveries, and product storage issues.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain operational and customer reports to identify trends and support data-driven decisions.
• Provide general administrative and customer support, including phones and correspondence with customers and couriers.
