Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is hiring for an Environmental Services Aide on-site in Milford, MA. The role is part-time with a mix of 3p–11:30p shifts, every other weekend and holiday. Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services building areas according to established procedures.
• Operates and cleans cleaning equipment (mechanical and electrical).
• Cleans operating suites with germicidal solutions and repositions furniture and equipment.
• Cleans patient rooms observing isolation techniques for a safe environment.
• Cleans walls, doors, ceilings, fixtures, and windows as assigned.
• Collects and distributes linen, maintains closet cleanliness.
• Dust mops, wet mops floors and vacuums carpets; maintain floors and baseboards.
