Job summary

Mattamy Homes in Tampa, FL is seeking a Builder to oversee on-site construction teams from start to finish. You will monitor production schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors, ensure code compliance, and drive on-time QA readiness for each home.

The role requires a strong background in residential construction, OSHA 10 and SWPPP certification, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in residential construction from start to finish.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and safety standards.
• Ability to read plans and schedule workflows.

Responsibilities

• Observe on-site construction staff and manage daily activities.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers.
• Ensure codes, plans, specifications, and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain production schedules and warranty sign-offs.
• Attend safety and project meetings and optimize timelines.
