CAMCO Property Management is actively looking for an Onsite High-Rise Assistant Property Manager to become part of our dedicated team. This role is full-time, requiring 5 days a week onsite with a salary range of $65,000-$75,000 based on experience. Responsibilities: • Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the association property. • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and improvements. • Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Ensure compliance with association rules and regulations. • Assist in budget planning and financial management. • Conduct property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. • Assist in organizing and facilitating association meetings. Qualifications: • Prior experience working with HOAs/Condo Associations is highly preferred. • Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks and property management software. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for association events or emergencies. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
