Cuningham is looking to hire a Help Desk Support Tech I to join their Technology team in Minneapolis. This role involves providing frontline support to employees, ensuring reliable technology operations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years in Help Desk or related IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with various technologies, including Microsoft O365. The position is fully onsite, requiring in-office attendance five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or related IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft O365, Teams, OneDrive, and Adobe products.
• Preferred experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage help desk ticket queues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Assist with employee onboarding activities.
