Job summary

SONIFI Health Incorporated is seeking an Onsite Healthcare Service Representative to provide direct service and technical support for SONIFI products within healthcare facilities. The role requires proactive issue resolution, system upgrades, equipment replacement, and customer training.

You will be the onsite technical resource, handling routine and emergency service calls, maintenance, content updates, and pre-install surveys while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Two-year degree and two years of related experience or equivalent.
Proficiency in head-end, RF, telecom, digital TV troubleshooting using established procedures.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical service with minimal supervision, including routine and emergency calls and maintenance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair SONIFI iTV, Staycast, DDS, DWB, and other SONIFI solutions to unit level.
Identify SONIFI products, services, and hardware and understand IPTV, RF, and CATV systems.
