Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Non-Equipment Operator to provide on-site inventory management for hospitals, supporting coverage, cleanup, and teammate training. You will work with PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight, assisting in program implementations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience in healthcare surgical services and/or logistics materials management, or project management.
• Exposure to inventory management software.
• Ability to document movement of supplies and use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to teammates in PANDAC, SurgiTrack, and QSight.
• Assist in implementations for PANDAC and QSight, including nights and weekends.
• Provide coverage for vacations, leaves, and vacancies across services.
• Provide customers with feedback on program health.
• Travel to accounts at risk and assess programs onsite.
• Create action plans for at‑risk programs and implement changes.
• Provide feedback on teammate performance and program health.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain Services Regional Managers and report on programs.
• Be available for travel within seven days; travel up to 75%.
