You will handle patient communications, generate statements, process financial assistance, and assist management while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires computer proficiency and Excel expertise; training is provided for candidates with prior office experience.

Qualifikationen

• Previous office administrative experience preferred but we will train the right candidate.
• AR Coordinator will handle multiple tasks to support insurance operations.
• Must be computer proficient and able to multitask across multiple systems including EHR and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy is required.

• Handle queues/databases to pull and process patient communications and statements.
• Generate, print and mail statements, financial assistance applications, and payment receipts.
