Job summary

Commure seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with healthcare clients, understanding needs and helping design and implement tailored solutions. You will travel to client sites, assist in integration, and provide technical support across deployment phases to improve patient access, affordability, and care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 1+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Foundational knowledge of full-stack engineering principles and system design.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript, React and SQL.
• Experience building 0-1 products.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Client-facing with collaboration and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 20% to client sites, build on-site, and demo.
• Assist in implementation and integration for client environments.
• Provide technical assistance during deployment and integration phases.
• Understand client technology needs, compliance, and patient care goals.
• Support development and engineering teams in crafting tailored healthcare solutions.
• Help identify and address technical challenges during projects.
• Create and update technical documentation for onboarding and maintenance.
• Stay informed on healthcare tech trends and regulations.
