Job summary

Medcor is hiring an Onsite Health Technician—EMT, Paramedic, or LPN—to provide first aid and injury care at our occupational health clinic in West Jefferson, OH. This role focuses on clinical care, injury management, and supporting workplace wellness in a clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will have EMT/Paramedic/LPN certification, CPR/BLS, strong assessment and communication skills, and comfort with EMR and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current EMT/Paramedic/LPN certification/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid, triage, assessment, and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Respond to onsite medical emergencies and coordinate additional medical care when necessary.
• Evaluate injured employees and provide care using evidence-based treatment protocols.
• Document patient encounters accurately using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Assist with pre-employment and post-offer health screenings as needed.
