Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Health & Safety Officer to join our Advisory Services team in the greater Orlando area. You will protect client employees and contractors, oversee site safety, and ensure compliance with the Site Health and Safety Plan and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities include delivering toolbox talks, inspecting PPE and equipment, maintaining records, and building strong client and staff relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in health & safety field.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative approach.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work at varied outdoor locations and sites.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to undergo MV screening, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of construction worksite safety practices.
• Identify and correct problems before hazards arise.
• Ensure compliance with Site Health and Safety Plan and OSHA regulations.
• Provide daily toolbox talks on health and safety topics.
• Maintain safety-related records and documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
• Verify PPE and safety equipment are in good condition.
