Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Health & Safety Officer to join our Advisory Services team in the greater Orlando area. The HSO will protect client employees and contractors, oversee site safety plans, and ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations, reporting to an EHS Director.

Requirements include 1–3 years in health and safety, a bachelor’s degree in health and safety or related field, and active training such as OSHA 10/30; willingness to work across varied sites and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or related field.
• 1–3 years of health and safety experience.
• OSHA 10/30 and related trainings required or pursued (e.g., 40 hr HAZWOPR, DOT/IATA).

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of construction worksite safety practices and procedures.
• Identify and correct hazards and report results to designated representatives.
• Apply federal and state health and safety regulations.
• Verify workers and subcontractors adhere to the Site Health and Safety Plan and OSHA regulations.
• Provide daily toolbox talks on health and safety topics.
• Communicate clearly with empathy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
• Ensure safety equipment and PPE are in good condition.
• Update jobsite safety postings.
• Maintain safety and health records and documents.
