Job summary

INEOS Oxide in Pasadena, TX is seeking a licensed registered nurse to lead the onsite Health Center and deliver expert occupational health services. You will collaborate with HR, Legal and refinery departments to implement health policies and ensure compliant care.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN) with license required.
5 years as an RN in primary care or emergency setting, plus 2 years in primary care preferred.
Preferred qualifications include COHN-S and DOT urine drug screen certification.

Responsibilities

Direct and lead the onsite Health Center operation in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Collaborate with HR, Legal, and refinery departments to implement health policies and procedures.
Provide occupational health services and manage case load with supervision of Medical Doctor.
Conduct medical examinations and ensure fit-for-duty assessments for assigned units.
Lead health care team and ensure safety, legal compliance, and high-quality patient care.
