American Power & Gas is hiring Account Executives to join our onsite sales team in Clearwater, FL. This role focuses on inside sales to residential and small commercial customers, offering energy solutions with base salary plus commissions.

Training is provided, with opportunities for career growth and a supportive team environment. No weekends required; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required — entry-level, mid-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills to engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Leads completely provided; engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and guiding customers through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team, receiving ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
