H2 Performance Consulting Corp. in Washington is seeking a Business and Financial Operations Specialist to support a U.S. government client onsite. The role coordinates customer requests, meetings, minutes, action items, and recurring financial-service reporting.

Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, 3+ years of operations experience, and U.S. citizenship. Preferred skills include SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau, with a master’s degree a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related area.
• 3+ years of operations experience.
• Experience with ABC modeling, FASS analytics, and Federal change/release management.
• Direct experience working on DHS, ICE, or other Federal civilian agency contracts.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer requests, meetings, minutes, action items, and recurring financial-service reporting.
• Support SLA updates, routing, and FYE queue tracking.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, NARA-aligned document plans, SOPs, process desk guides, and user materials.
• Support process improvement, project/risk/communication plans, EVM reporting, training, and Jira coordination.
