Job summary

Pace Life Sciences in Norristown, PA, is seeking a full-time GMP Manufacturing Technician I (Solid Dose) to support dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, coating and packaging in a cGMP environment. The role requires 1–2 years of GMP experience (or an associate degree/technical certification) and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

You will document all activities and work with QA, QC and Facilities while supporting lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in solid dose production.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a regulated cGMP environment.
• Strong documentation discipline and batch-record compliance.

Responsibilities

• Dispense, blend, granulate, compress, encapsulate, coat, and package solid dose products.
• Execute GMP manufacturing activities per batch records and SOPs.
• Document all activities in batch records and logbooks; maintain GDP standards.
• Operate and maintain solid dose equipment; assist with line clearance and cleaning.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and Facilities; support continuous improvement.
