Job summary

Intellectt INC seeks Automation Engineers to support automated warehouse and packaging operations within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in OH. The role focuses on design, integration, commissioning, qualification, validation, and operational support of ASRS, AGVs, automated material handling, and packaging automation systems.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, with GMP/GxP experience and PLC/HMI/SCADA

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Hands-on automation experience within a GMP/GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with ASRS and AGVs strongly preferred.
Experience with automated warehouse, material handling, robotics, and packaging automation systems.
Experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA systems, preferably Allen-Bradley, Siemens, RSView, or PanelView.
Strong understanding of automation system integration and industrial controls.
Experience supporting commissioning, qualification, validation, and startup of automated equipment.
Knowledge of GMP, GxP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
Understanding of CSV and data integrity requirements for automation systems.
Knowledge of OT/IT integration, industrial networking, and system interfaces.
Experience working with automation vendors and system integrators.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0, IIoT, and digital manufacturing technologies.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
