Job summary

geo cgi is seeking a Program Analyst (GFEBS) to support USACE real property and asset management initiatives onsite in Huntsville, AL. The role centers on GFEBS/SAP environments, data quality, reporting, and system access coordination within complex ERP workflows.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on GFEBS experience, strong data/system knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across programs while maintaining compliance with Army financial and property standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP/GFEBS environments
• Experience with real property, asset management, or financial data systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain required GFEBS system roles and permissions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and SME for GFEBS-related tasking.
• Support Real Property System of Record operations, including data input, reporting, and data quality validation.
• Utilize and maintain GFEBS roles such as Real Property Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, and Reporting roles.
• Perform data analysis and reporting across financial, asset, and real property modules.
• Support system access coordination, user onboarding, and role assignment within GFEBS.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Army financial and property management standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support task order execution and system requirements.
• Assist in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer related to GFEBS processes.
• Work within SAP-based modules (FI, FM, AM, SC, CM) supporting financial and asset management workflows.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to validate system usage and applicability at the task level.
