Job summary

Thompson Gray Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support a CPE Maneuver Air Project office with budget execution, manpower tracking, and financial analysis in an onsite role in Huntsville.

The ideal candidate has federal financial management experience, GFEBS familiarity (FM and CM), and the ability to coordinate across programs to ensure proper funding alignment and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of federal financial management or defense program analysis.
• Hands-on experience with GFEBS FM and CM modules.
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Manage funding across multiple appropriations including FMS.
• Track commitments, obligations, and disbursements in GFEBS.
• Reconcile records and resolve ULOs/NULOs.
• Serve as SME for GFEBS transactions and reporting.
• Monitor budget execution using FM and CM modules.
• Assist in formulating and updating the Internal Operating Budget (IOB).
• Analyze historical data to inform spend plans.
• Coordinate mid-year reviews and year-end close-out procedures.
• Track manpower allocations and personnel funding requirements.
• Coordinate with program managers to align civilian/contractor manpower with funding.
