Job summary

Executive Mental Health (EMH) is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide on-site services in skilled nursing facilities across the region. The role focuses on geriatric and medically complex populations, with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize care and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
• Licensed in California.
• Medicare-eligible (credentialing and paneling assistance provided).

• Seek autonomy without isolation while receiving support.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat individuals in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychological services to geriatric, disabled, and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with support from clinical management and admin team.
• Collaborate with facility staff, offering consultation and in-services.
• Complete documentation aligned with medical necessity and Medicare standards.
• Provide care by meeting residents where they reside, in SNFs.
