Job summary

Robotics Technologies is seeking a Generative AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications. This onsite role in Frisco, TX focuses on scalable backend services and end-to-end conversational and voice AI workflows, using modern LLM tooling, RAG, and AWS.

If you enjoy taking systems from design through testing and deployment, you will work across orchestration, retrieval, integrations, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python development.
• Proficiency in Python, OOP, asynchronous programming, and automated testing.
• Experience building conversational AI and voice AI agents.
• Working knowledge of STT and TTS.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, prompt engineering, and AI agent orchestration.
• Experience with RAG and vector search.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and serverless architecture.
• REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with integration testing, performance testing, and conversational AI testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications.
• Build scalable backend applications using Python, OOP, and asynchronous programming.
• Create multi-turn conversational AI workflows with context management, memory, tool calling, and human handoff capabilities.
• Orchestrate AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLMs.
• Develop voice AI solutions integrating STT and TTS.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs and enterprise systems, including contact center platforms.
• Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven backend architectures.
