Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
• 0-2 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience; entry-level with strong academics considered.
• Exposure to ERP systems; experience with cash handling, deposit processing, or Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, balance, and process deposits for various companies using remote deposit platforms.
• Oversee refund deposits and ensure accurate processing.
• Enter all deposits and adjustments into the ERP system with precision and timeliness.
• Code and enter department ledger entries in Workday with proper documentation.
• Index ledger entries into OnBase document management system.
• Assist with maintaining supplier information in vendor management system; ensure data integrity.
• Support General Ledger Manager with daily tasks, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
