Job summary

INFORMATION SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS, INC. is seeking an experienced full-time software engineer to provide full-stack development and database administration for CSD enterprise systems.

The role requires strict adherence to SDP, SRS, and RMF processes, with close collaboration with the Government Task Lead and regular status reporting. The candidate will manage databases, perform upgrades, and support certification efforts, including after-hours tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• BS in CS or Software Engineering; ABET-accredited; 5+ years in systems design, or 10+ years with alternative degree and calculus hours.
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux/UNIX/Solaris operating systems.
• Experience developing .NET Framework/Core MVC applications in C#.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases and scripting.
• Experience managing Microsoft Azure PaaS cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and databases.
• Follow all processes outlined in the Government-approved SDP and comply with SRS and related docs.
• Obtain Government Task Lead approval of preliminary designs before development starts.
• Perform comprehensive testing and regression testing to ensure compliance before verification and validation.
• Coordinate with Government for deployment, RMF, and certification activities.
