Oklahoma AgCredit seeks a Financial Analyst to support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury-related analysis in a fully on-site Edmond, OK office.

The role involves building financial models, analyzing performance against plans, and delivering executive reports. Candidates should have 3–5+ years in finance, with a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting. CPA/CFA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 3–5+ years of FP&A, treasury or accounting experience preferred.
• CPA or CFA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process, multi-year forecasting, and monthly forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and capital planning.
• Analyze financial performance and variance against budget and forecast.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends and drivers.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and board materials.
• Provide insights into profitability, cost management and growth opportunities.
• Support equity pricing and treasury analysis; assist ALCO reporting.
