Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, banking finance, treasury, accounting, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• CPA or CFA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide variance reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and board-level presentations.
• Partner with leaders across the organization to support profitability, growth, and cost management initiatives.
• Support pricing and profitability modeling across the organization.
• Analyze capital, equity positioning, and interest rate risk.
• Provide support for loan pricing activities.
• Assist with Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) reporting and analysis.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Assist with financial statements and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure consistency between management and GAAP reporting.
• Support accounting policy documentation and internal control initiatives
