Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC, a national law firm, seeks a Client Liaison to monitor foreclosure activities at mortgage servicer sites, coordinating between servicer and our firm. This on-site role supports the foreclosure portfolio and ensures accurate, timely processing.

The position is on-site at Dallas, TX or Jacksonville, FL, with responsibilities including maintaining caseloads, timely communication with attorneys, investors and internal partners, and adherence to

Qualifications

• Legal or banking background preferred.
• LPS/ICE knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure actions to ensure compliance with investor, insurer, regulatory, and state guidelines.
• Serve as a point of contact between the mortgage servicer and attorney firm to facilitate file movement and status updates.
• Maintain assigned caseload and ensure all servicing systems are updated accurately and timely.
• Respond to phone calls, voice messages, intercoms, and emails within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with servicer personnel and attorney firm staff to ensure files are worked per requirements.
• Review and reconcile foreclosure files and data to support timely issue resolution.
