Job summary

PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks Administrative Analyst/Initial Processing FOIA Analysts to support PAC and our customer in Winchester, VA. This is a 100% onsite role with eligibility to pass a CI polygraph during hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 years of specialized work experience in FOIA/administrative support.
• Military analytical experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain US government security clearance.
• Typing skills test: 90% accuracy and 11 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for FOI/PA requests and document management.
• Prepare files for FOI/PA processing and safeguard classified documents.
• Search databases and conduct background information checks.
• Review, analyze and interpret responsive information.
• Compile and report findings within guidelines and SOPs.
• Maintain timely, high-quality work across multiple projects.
