PRIDE Industries is seeking a Floor/Utility Technician to clean, strip, wax, scrub, and buff floors in various facilities. The role requires knowledge of floor care equipment and safe operating procedures to deliver high-quality results.

The position is non-exempt and onsite, with a wage range of $25.78 to $29.78 per hour, reflecting benefits eligibility. Candidates must be able to perform physical duties and work under supervision to maintain clean, safe environments.

Qualifications

• One year of custodial work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and safety labels.
• Ability to learn to operate floor care equipment such as scrubbers and buffers.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Schedule floor tasks with supervisor or lead.
• Prepare equipment and chemicals for procedures.
• Complete floor tasks and perform quality review of projects.
• Secure equipment after task completion.
• Assist with repairs or incidental tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
