L’attitude Recruiting is seeking an experienced Fleet Mechanic for a premier fleet maintenance partner in South Jersey. You will diagnose and repair diesel equipment onsite, handle breakdowns, and perform preventive maintenance across construction, agricultural, and heavy-duty trucks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Mechanic experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues independently.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Comfortable meeting clients onsite or at designated service locations.
• Positive attitude and willingness to continue learning.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work individually.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair fleet and diesel equipment onsite.
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs on agricultural equipment, construction equipment, and medium/heavy-duty trucks.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues.
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally while minimizing customer downtime.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding equipment issues and repair recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed service and repairs.
• Represent the company professionally while working at customer locations.
• Ensure work is completed safely and to the company standards.
