Job summary

McCollister’s Fitness Systems seeks an Installer/Loader to join the installation team. You will load, transport, and install fitness equipment at client sites, ensuring accuracy and safety on every job.

Responsibilities include unloading at client facilities, assembling gear on site, assisting with returns to the warehouse, and supporting the driver with paperwork and scheduling. A strong work ethic and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with fitness equipment.
• Experience in fitness industry.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Competent computer and iPad skills.
• Strong communication across organization.
• Well organized and timely.
• Team-oriented with ability to work autonomously.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks of fitness equipment.
• Unload and deliver equipment to client facility.
• As part of installation team, assemble and install equipment onsite.
• Assist with removal for returns to warehouse.
• Help driver with BOL and inventory.
• Unload packaging and dunnage from client site.
• Wrap up day by organizing blankets, tools, and straps.
• Support driver with directions and client communications.
• Ensure safety considerations on site.
• Maintain tools and devices provided by McCollister’s.
