Job summary

McCollister’s Fitness Systems installs and services fitness equipment for clients, coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams. This role supports loading, unloading, installation, and returns, ensuring safe, professional operations at client sites.

Ideal candidates combine physical stamina with teamwork and reliable communication. Training is provided, with uniforms and equipment handled by the employer. A clean driving record and ability to lift 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in fitness preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assists with loading of trucks with fitness equipment from our warehouse.
• Unloads the truck of fitness equipment and delivers into the client facility.
• As part of the installation team, puts together and installs equipment onsite.
• Assists the removal of equipment from the client location that is to be returned to our warehouse.
• Assists driver with filling out BOL and inventory of return equipment.
